In today's society,the oil is an important material in people's lives,from the aircraft,automobiles,ships to people's use of plastic,chemical fiber products,are the product of crude oil after refining.In June 2014 the global economic crisis,had been high international crude oil prices have been cut off,the global oil industry into a downturn.H petroleum company to undertake the business in the oil industry chain to the upstream industry,the first to be affected,some decline in performance of the company,the company in order to save the cost,cut some welfare and subsidies for employees,a serious blow to the enthusiasm of staff,coupled with the company's salary system in recent years has not been adjusted,so the H petroleum company's salary system to adjust the part,it is particularly important that give full play to the role of incentive function.This paper first summarizes the theory of the relevant domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of literature review,which is the theoretical basis for the full text.Then through the questionnaire to analyze the existing problems of the salary system of H petroleum company,point out the problems and the necessity of the adjustment of the salary system in the current economic environment.The research contents are as follows: first,the establishment of salary system and the response mechanism of international crude oil prices;second,analyze the employee H Petroleum Company;third,there are sort of the H petroleum company salary structure;fourth,countermeasures for improving the salary system of the H petroleum company is given and suggestions.The new adjustment measures will establish a response mechanism between the pay system and the international crude oil price.When the international crude oil price fluctuates greatly,the salary management can be carried out in an orderly manner and will not fall into a passive state blindly.At the same time,the problem of unreasonable salary structure can be adjusted effectively by reflecting the importance of the position,which can make the staff aware of the importance of the position and strengthen the enthusiasm of the staff.Play the role of welfare,while making the pay system more fair and transparent reflected in front of the staff,so that employees are also involved in the company's reform and development,together to contribute to the development of the company.
