Research On Interest Distribution Mechanism Of Synergistic Innovation Research

Production-study-research cooperative innovation, refers that the enterprises、universities and research institutes combine the comparative advantage of resources, do together to complete technical innovation activities. In the process of cooperation, enterprises can accurately grasp the market demand and the development direction of market, universities and research institutes have the comparative advantage in knowledge and technology, all members of the union can complement each other in the technical innovation cooperation, share the risk and cost of technological innovation. Whether the union brings huge benefits for all members, it depends on the stability of the alliance. Practice shows that a lot of collaborative innovation union has not established stable cooperation pattern in our country, cooperative relation is still loosely、unstable, the union often suddenly rupture after a period of time. There are many factors affecting the stability of the union, but the main factor is unreasonable profit distribution. Therefore, the paper proceed the deep research to the collaborative innovation benefit distribution mechanism, and dynamic design reasonable profit distribution scheme according the actual collaborative innovation, it has very important and practical significance to develop the union sustainablely and effectively.This paper systematically research the characteristics of the profit distribution, analysis the relationship of the members in the distribution of interests, aims to build a suit of scientific and reasonable benefit distribution mechanism. The main research is as follows: ① on the basis of the characteristics and factors of interest distribution,the paper classify and summarize common Interest distribution way,choose the best way of profit distribution under different cooperation pattern. ② based on the assumption of the limited rationality, the paper introduce profit distribution proportion coefficient in the perspective of evolutionary game theory, and structure a game model after a preliminary cooperation, analysis the effect of the stability of the union due to the rationality of the profit distribution, and use matlab to simulate the effect on the stability of the union due to benefit proportion. ③The paper uses Nash negotiation model, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and two-level fuzzy method to estimate the model parameters, establish the initial solution of profit distribution; after inspecting the complexity and dynamic of the cooperation process, The paper introduce incentive and punishment mechanism, according to the progress of the cooperation process, dynamically adjust the initial allocation. ④The paper put forward the measures to safeguard the interest distribution mechanism,in improving the legal system, strengthen government support, supervision and management aspects.
