To promote the sound development of China's economic structure and improve the level of consumption,as well the development of convenient and general financial to convenience more levels of consumer groups,in the year of 2009,CBRC promulgated The Experimental Regulations of Consumer Finance Company,then November 2013 CBRC released a revised perfect version of the regulations,expanded the business scope of consumer financial company,further liberalized of the capital and geographical restrictions.Subsequently,a number of commercial banks got into preparations for the consumer finance company establishing blowout period.Undoubtedly,the consumer finance companies have realized,based on the entity and mainly target on-line development model,combined with shopping platform mass consumption credit record and the inlet flow to break the siege of future competition in a right way.Based on the research of Consumer Finance Companies under the current situation,Learning from the experience of the development of foreign Consumer Finance Companies,this paper analyzes and resolves the existing problems in China's current Consumer Finance Companies,meanwhile expands the research field,the current development of China's Internet banking is a very good background,combined with the actual development of major online Consumer Finance Companies,taking into account the problems encountered in the process of online Consumer Finance Companies,such as mechanism setting,risk control,product marketing and other aspects.Through the combination of off-line development experience,and further analysis of the operational risks faced by the Internet Consumer Finance Companies,compared with the off-line Consumer Finance Companies' competitive advantage,as well as the technical conditions to develop business,how to expand the product marketing channels and other related parties,such as the joint bank and upstream and downstream enterprises,from the reality of the real situation for the development of China's online Consumer Finance Companies to provide advice and suggestions.
