With the popularity of the Internet and the prevalence of online shopping,the Internet has gradually become one of the main ways to release consumption.In this context,Internet consumer finance came into being.As a new financial services model of Internet finance,because of the application threshold is low,covering a wide range of people,and with the support of Internet technology and information and communication technology,the efficiency and quality of services are significantly improved,Internet consumer finance has been launched by the user's widely recognized.Since the second half of 2013,with the participation of various types of market participants and the pursuit of capital,China's Internet consumer finance at an alarming rate continued to grow,Internet consumer finance is also becoming the main force of China's consumer finance.This paper focuses on the development background,current situation and main mode of operation of Internet consumption in China,and hopes to enhance the consumer's understanding and understanding of China's Internet consumption finance by using China's Internet consumer finance as the research object.And hope to be able to Internet consumer financial institutions in the field of Internet consumer finance strategic layout,product design and wind control system construction and regulatory authorities in the development of regulatory rules and other aspects of reference value.According to the research object and the purpose of research,the research ideas and the main contents of this research will be composed of the following five parts.The first part is an overview of consumer finance.This part first defines the concept of consumer finance and the research category of this report.Secondly,it summarizes the development of the three major foreign consumer financial markets.Finally,it introduces the development course and development status of China's consumer financial market in detail.The second part is the development of China's Internet consumer finance,is one of the priorities of this report.This part first defines the definition of Internet consumption in China.Secondly,it analyzes the background and reasons of the emergence of Internet consumption in China,and combs the development process of China's Internet consumption finance.And then analyzes the present situation of Internet consumption finance in China from three perspectives: scale and structure,development characteristics and main problems.The third part is the comparative analysis of the main mode of operation of Internet consumption in China,which is also one of the focuses of this report.This part selects the three main modes of operation of Internet consumption finance in China from the commercial model,the source of funds and the cost,the wind control system and the main products of the three kinds of commercial banks,the electricity business ecosystem and the network stage system.And try to find out the advantages and disadvantages of these three kinds of Internet consumption financial model in the above four aspects.The fourth part is the example of China's Internet consumption financial innovation.This part of the current selection of China's Internet consumer finance in the field of two innovative cases were a simple analysis,one for the electricity business ecosystem "Jingdong consumer finance",the other for the network stage of the "love and beauty." The fifth part is the development countermeasure and suggestion of Internet consumption finance in our country.This part puts forward the following specific countermeasures and suggestions on the development of Internet consumption finance in China: First,we should vigorously promote the securitization of Internet consumer financial assets;Second,China's Internet consumption finance Should be extended along the vertical subdivision;Third,to develop specific regulatory rules to strengthen the effective supervision of Internet consumer finance;Fourth,to build a diversified credit system.This report uses Internet consumer finance as the research object,the topic is novel.In addition,this report selects the three main modes of operation of Internet consumption finance in China from the commercial model,the source of funds and the cost,the wind control system and the main products of the three commercial banks,the electricity business ecosystem and the network stage system.Is a big innovation.Of course,there are still many shortcomings in this report,mainly reflected in: the depth of the analysis of China's Internet consumer finance is not enough,and the three main modes of operation of the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of refining the height is not enough.
