With the social economy develops and the increasing fierceness of the market competation, the project management becomes a hot topic of practice and the theory. And its core field research about the project combination and scheduling and the partner selection has also obtained the widespread attention. Recently, along with the increasing of large-scale complex product, the complex project and so on, and as well as the appearance of its important day after day, many scholars starts in view of these complex products or projects'characteristic, and using some maturer tool or method to construct some models to seek some stratification schuding for those complex products or projects and to seek the superior combination of the partner selection.This research has selected the design structure matrix as the research object, and done some beneficial expansion research on the conventional design structure matrix and some research of application, enabled its good adaptation complex product system and the partner selection's characteristic. In this research, both considered the reality of the start of information transmission and its duration, and the permission of the activities to be splitting according to the actual need of the whole project's optimal process, to avoid the influence of that the traditional design structure matrix only considering its information after the activity completely. Finally we use the heredity intelligence algorithm, and design the new chromosome, and after expanding the design structure matrix, we carry on a whole stage type using the improvement genetic algorithm to give optimize, in order to gain the best project execution sequence, made up the traditional design structure matrix two stage optimization method insufficiency.This research's another key point is the research of partner selection and optimized for the complex product system, the partner selection is the key aspect for the successful of the complex product system developing. In this research, we select cost, time, risk and the cooperation relation as the main consideration factors, and constructe the complex product system project partner selection multi-objective mathematical programming model. The purpose of the model is to find the most superior partner combination after the optimization, realized the total project defeat risk minimum and the total project cost minimum. And finally, through the actual example, the article confirms this two stage model usability and the algorithm validity. |
