The Study On Schedule Management For Rail Transit Vehicle Project Of Company A

Since twenty-first Century,China has focused on the development of rail transit industry,The manufacturing of rail transit vehicles are developing rapidly.In order to adapt to the rapid development of the domestic and foreign markets and to fulfill the production tasks more efficiently and qualitatively,the role of project management becomes more and more important.The application of advanced management methods and technologies to rail transit vehicle projects can greatly improve management efficiency.At the same time,the development of rail transit vehicles also promotes the research and innovation of project management development.Therefore,it is an inevitable task for rail transit vehicle manufacturing enterprises to improve project management technology.As one of the core contents of project management,project schedule management bears the responsibility of optimizing project cycle and making full use of information to flexibly respond to external competitive environment.Combining with the actual production situation of the 104 project of A company,this paper expounds and summarizes the various project schedule theories,tools,methods and models used in the current rail transit vehicle project of A company,and compiles the project schedule by using WBS,network diagram,DSM and other theoretical knowledge in the project schedule management.And through the analysis of the logical relationship between the work of the project,to determine the project schedule optimization program to meet the project schedule requirements.This paper analyzes the factors that may affect the implementation of the schedule plan in the process of the project and formulates corresponding management and control measures.It implements dynamic monitoring and control on the implementation of the schedule plan to ensure that the schedule of the project is always within the plan.Only by using scientific methods to analyze and manage the project,can the project be completed in a controllable range.This paper draws lessons from the normative process of schedule management of rail transit vehicle manufacturing project,uses DSM model to form the optimization system of project schedule,effectively shortens the project cycle,which can provide reference information for similar manufacturing projects of A company.
