The Impact Of Peasants? Perception On The Willingness Toward Xining Urban-rural Linkage Area Farmland Conversion

In the process of farmland conversion,urban-rural linkage area as the forefront of urban expansion.How to obtain the true expression of farmers' willingness and to take effective measures to solve the difficulties of farmers living in the land is still a problem.The purpose of this study is to obtain the farmland farmers aspects of the perceived value conversion process,quantitative analysis of the relationship between farmers' perceived value and non-agricultural intention,has the important significance of promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.The study examined 204 households in 4 sample villages.The relationship between farmers' perception of farmland conversion and Farmers' willingness was measured by constructing Dimensions rural residents' perception of farmland conversion and then using structural equation modeling.The results show that:(1)The farmland conversion of local economic benefits,social security,landscape change caused two aspects of positive and negative effects.(2)The difference of peasant' perception is affected by planting methods,spatial location,land expropriation,development direction,etc.(3)Farmer perception can be divided into perception on economic,Public security,public infrastructure and landscape value of farmland conversion.(4)The farmers' economic value perception and farmers' income,cost of living changes were positively correlated negatively correlated with changes in farm income;farmers' public security value perception and job security,social security,was highly related to basic services;farmers' public perception and value based infrastructure,travel convenience,children's education was positively related;farmers the value of landscape perception and cleanliness,freshness is positively related to degree of farmland landscape was negatively correlated with desire.(5)Farmers' perception have a positive impact on Farmers' willingness,the main influencing factors are economic value perception,followed by public security value perception.Research conclusion : farmers' perceived value clearly affect the farmers' willingness,therefore the study will help the government guide farmland conversion orderly step by step.In order to solve the farmers to provide reference for future livelihood,employment and security issues.
