Research On The Influence Of Regional Innovation Ecosystem On The Innovation Ability Of Advanced Manufacturing Industry

The ability of industrial innovation is the core factor that determines the development of industrial innovation.Innovation ecosystem plays an important role in shaping industrial innovation capability.The unique characters of innovation ecosystem(evolution,systematicness,openness)determine that the innovation ecosystem is different from the static innovation system.The innovation ecosystem can constantly interact with the outside world and adjust itself in the inner world,which makes the ability of industrial innovation sustainable.The innovation ecosystem consists of two parts:innovation community and innovation environment.Innovation community affects the industrial innovation capability through innovative resource flow and innovation platform establishment,while innovation environment affects the industrial innovation capability from multiple environmental sides.The two together promote the establishment of industrial innovation ability.In this paper,China's advanced manufacturing industry is the research object.Firstly,the paper introduces the connotations and compositions of industrial innovation,industrial innovation ability and the innovation ecosystem.The influence of innovation ecosystem on the industrial innovation ability is analyzed from two aspects:innovation community and innovation environment.Then,using the panel data from 2005-2014 of China's advanced manufacturing industry,the paper establishes the evaluation index system of innovation capability of advanced manufacturing industry to evaluate the innovation capability of China's advanced manufacturing industry.Then,the spatial regression models are established to study the impact of innovation ecosystem on the innovation ability of China's advanced manufacturing industry.The results show that:(1)Innovation ability of the advanced manufacturing industry in China shows obvious distribution characteristics.In the three economic zones in China,the innovation ability of advanced manufacturing industry in the eastern economic zone is superior to that of the central and western economic zones.In the provinces and cities in China,Guangdong,Shanghai and Jiangsu are top three provinces/cities in the innovation ability of advanced manufacturing industry in our country.Beijing,Zhejiang,Tianjin,Fujian,Shandong follows Guangdong,Shanghai and Jiangsu in the aspects of innovation ability of advanced manufacturing industry in China.Other provinces and cities are in the third level of innovation ability of the advanced manufacturing industry in China.(2)In the aspect of innovation community,there is a positive relationship between the enterprise community and advanced manufacturing industrial innovation ability,while there is no necessary connection between the university community,the intermediary community and the advanced manufacturing industrial innovation ability.In the aspect of innovation environment,there is a positive relationship between policy environment,financial environment,market environment and the advanced manufacturing industrial innovation ability,while there is no necessary connection between the environment of intellectual property rights protection and advanced manufacturing industrial innovation ability.
