The Research On Generic Technology Innovation Alliance Of Advanced Manufacturing Industrial

Advanced manufacturing is the core of modern manufacturing,and the development of advanced manufacturing is an important breakthrough and the only way to achieve the "Made in China 2025" strategy,it isrelation to the global community as a whole development of the national economy.However,in the current environment of global manufacturing increasingly competitive,the development of advanced manufacturing industry is still in a backward position,and it has become the weak link in the development of China’s manufacturing industry,.So,it needs to pay close attention.However,the common key technologies determine the development of advanced manufacturing industry.With the rapid development of science and technology,technical depreciation trend became more and more clear,and technological advanceis on the basic of technological innovation.Advanced manufacturing enterprises continuous technological innovation is a necessary prerequisite for sustainable and profitable enterprises,due to limited innovation uncertainty,complexity and technical resources to make technological innovation activities of individual enterprises is increasingly being challenged.Therefore,advanced manufacturing companies need outside help by building alliances to achieve technological innovation and progress.This paper aims Generic Technology Research Alliance,provide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of advanced manufacturing industry common technology.The main contents include several aspects:Firstly,this paper analysis the background of Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Generic Technology Innovation Alliance,elaborated the theoretical and practical significance of the topic,and shows the major internal logic full text of each chapter in the form of research and technology road map.Secondly,the author retrospect a d analysis the related studies from three aspect of the common technology,advanced manufacturing technology innovation,and technological innovation alliance,according to the research subject of the article.The theoretical basis and related articles are summarized in order to lay the theoretical foundation for the study of subsequent sections of this article.Thirdly,this paper constructs the organizational structure and advanced manufacturing system of Industrial Generic Technology Innovation Alliance,and briefly describes the operating mechanism of the Union,on the basis of analyzing the situation generic technology development of advanced manufacturing industry and Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Generic Technology Innovation Alliance Factors.Fourthly,the author use the methods of D-S evidence theory to choose partners of advanced manufacturing enterprises Generic Technology Alliance,collecting some related data of the advanced manufacturing enterprises for choosing partners,and analysis in empirical.Fifthly,this paper briefly analyzed the Technology Innovation Alliance of High-speed precision of CNC Machine Tool in Advanced Manufacturing Industry.As an example of some of the new industries now have to form new industries Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance,in practice,industrial technology innovation alliances all over the country are also emerging.Finally,according to the results,the author put forward three suggestions: promoting the government’s support mechanisms to promote the building of alliance;Innovating service support mechanisms to help the development ofAlliance;perfecting the operational mechanism of Alliance to make the Alliance running optimization.
