Research On The Construction Of Value Ecosystem Of Advanced Manufacturing Enterprises In Henan Province

In the Internet age,the value creation model of enterprises is quietly changing from a value chain to a value ecosystem.At the same time,the competition pattern has also changed from competition among individual enterprises to competition among enterprise networks.Enterprises seek out partners from outside to form a combination of complementary advantages in order to improve their viability and obtain continuous competitive advantages.Therefore,enterprises have a strong practical demand for the construction of value ecosystems.The paper studies the construction of enterprise value ecosystem from the perspective of open innovation,and in the analysis of the deconstruction and coupling mechanism of innovation elements in value ecosystems,it was found that the "core-periphery" innovation factor distribution structure and the "five-chain" integration mechanism such as the industrial chain,the innovation chain,the talent chain,the capital chain,and the policy chain.That is,in an open innovation environment,enterprises,university research institutions,intermediaries,financial institutions,governments and other entities are linked by capital and driven by institutions,forming new competitive advantages in the deepening of cooperation,and raising the energy level of the value ecosystem.Based on the idea of reconstructing the innovation elements,we examine the value ecosystem of enterprises with the structuralism logic of property rights,and construct a three-dimensional theoretical framework integrating the horizontal structure,vertical structure,and mixed structure of property rights.At the same time,in the static structural analysis of the enterprise value ecosystem,there are three subsystem structure in the enterprise value ecosystem,which are knowledge system,user system,and enterprise structure system.Finally,through the analysis of two typical cases of advanced manufacturing enterprises in Henan Province,the paper discusses the establishment of the enterprise value ecosystem.The conclusion of the study is as follows: In the era of Internet economy,value creation activities are gradually changing from the behavior activities of individual enterprises to the joint efforts of members of enterprise value ecosystems.Ecological members are regularly grouped together to form different subsystems.They achieve win-win cooperation in their interaction;In the management of property rights,central enterprises focus on the development of internal resources to consolidate market positions and form a "nationalization" development.At the same time,they set up an external strategic alliance combination through open innovation,break through the physical boundary,incorporate the property rights related subjects into the same value ecosystem,and form an "integrated" development in the mutual benefit symbiosis and resource sharing.There are three main innovations in the paper: First,a relatively complete theoretical framework of enterprise value ecosystem is constructed.In the theoretical framework analysis,construction path analysis and structure analysis of enterprise value ecosystem,from the perspective of property right economics,the paper discusses the path of enterprise upgrading through property right management.Second,in the framework of constructing the enterprise value ecosystem analysis,the paper integrates the open innovation theory,and through deconstructing and reconstructing the innovation elements in the enterprise value ecosystem,studies the internal coupling mechanism of each innovation element in the enterprise value ecosystem.Third,from the perspective of enterprises,the analysis of the development status of advanced manufacturing enterprises in Henan province strengthens the application of theory in practice.
