China’s coastal cities with cheap resources,location advantages,preferential policies,has become a national and regional growth pole,leading the lifeblood of economic and social development.However,due to many coastal cities in the process of industrialization in the pursuit of growth rate and ignore the economic efficiency,The dual pressures of resources and environment have restricted the economic development of coastal cities,adjusting the economic structure and changing the mode of economic development has become an urgent need.In this paper,the research progress at home and abroad are sorted out,and the connotation of economic development performance is defined.On the basis of comparative analysis of the performance measurement methods of economic development,this paper makes use of the partial evaluation method which comprehensively reflects the economic development performance of coastal cities.The economic development performance evaluation index include the economic,social,information,material resources four performance factors into the performance accounting framework,including 20 indexes.The use of exploratory spatial data and GIS spatial analysis of the spatial and temporal characteristics,fully explore the performance of economic development in the coastal city,influencing factors and the effects of the performance of economic development,and finally puts forward some conclusions and suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the economic performance is the highest in eastern coastal cities,but in recent years,the advantages have narrowed.(2)there is obvious spatial dependence coastal city of performance subsystem,the economic and social performance of the highest spatial correlation between the spatial correlation of the lowest part of the coastal city subsystem showed significant spatial agglomeration.(3)resource endowment,economic basis and location conditions are internal factors that affect the performance of economic development,city’s future performance factors should include the innovation of Science and technology,the national development strategy and policy external factors. |
