Recently,as the development of the economy and the increasing living standard,the number of national electricity users is increasing,while the challenges power companies are facing are increasing as well.One reason is the increasing number of electricity users,which will undoubtedly and significantly add up to the work of meter readers;another reason is the increasing time period of The load power,which will add up pressure to electricity production,and will create more requirements for planning dispatching and economy dispatching.As a result,the problems between producers and consumers are severe.In order to solve the problem and increase the consumer content rate,an Electricity Usage Information Collective System is needed for real time meter reading,monitoring,consumer-side management.The EUIC system can monitor electricity usage in realtime and supervise data online.It can read data correctly.Therefore,it can bring about convenience and efficiency to meter management.And it can practically optimize the resource configuration,save human resource,material,capital resource significantly,decrease the cost,raise the customer content degree and increase the profits.This paper is to analyze and implement the EUIC system in Mancheng Power Company,mainly test and analyze the Line loss analysis function and load supervise function in the advanced applied module,based on the practical requirements of intelligent power network development.Main works in this paper are:1)Analyzing and determining the function requirements of the EUIC system based on current remote meter reading situation within and out of the country.Designing the EUIC system's architecture and analyzing the critical technology based on "EUIC System Function Standards" and the actual facts in Hancun Power Company.2)Analyzing the communication channel of the EUIC system.The communication channel consists of two parts: remote communication channel and local communication channel.Remote communication channel is the one connects the base station system and the remote collectors.The remote technologies are including GPRS Wireless Public Network,Medium voltage power line carrier of CDMA Wireless Public Network,etc.Local communication channel is the one connects each remote collectors or connects the remote collector and the intelligent remote meter.The local technologies are including Low voltage power line carrier,RS,Micropower wireless technology?3)Analyzing the main business process of the EUIC system,describing the interaction interface.Mainly analyzing the implementation of line loss analysis module which can help the power company find out the cause of line loss abnormal events and,as a result,adjust in time to reduce the line loss.Applied load analysis module is to detect abnormal load,pinpoint the defects quickly or find the stealing customers,so as to reduce the loss.The test result has shown that the EUIC system has not only solved the disadvantages,which cost a large amount of human and material resource,of the traditional meter reading methods,but also increased the accuracy,decreased the line loss,significantly increased the Hancun Power Company's profits and the customer content rate.
