Research On The Construction Of Electricity Information Acquisition System Project In Shunping Power Supply Company

In order to meet today’s scientific and technological development of China’s power and electricity needs of customers, The State grid corporation put forward the planning and construction development of the smart grid task, requiring the country to establish electricity information collection system. Because the electricity information collection system has not yet formed a unified standard, by the end of 2013, Hebei Electric Power Company also carried out the pilot work only in six cities and Shijiazhuang area counties, and there are various problems in project implementation and application, affecting the overall engineering process. Based on this, this paper takes questions as the main line, and researches intensively Shun ping power supply company electricity information collection system, along the discovery-analysis-solving the train of thought.Firstly, combined with the current electricity information acquisition technology research status at home and abroad, combined with the development strategy of national intelligence, this paper expounds the necessity of electricity power supply enterprises to build electricity information collection system. Secondly, a brief introduction on Shun ping company situation and existing problems of electricity information collection system, problem-oriented, goal for the results, through the analysis of cause and effect diagram, coming to one conclusion of using project management theory to guide subsequent acquisition system of the construction. Then, according to five activities’ processes of the project management: the start process, the planning process, the implementation process, the control process, the end of the process, using the matrix organization structure, work breakdown structure(WBS), quality control and other methods to clear the responsibility and the whole process of project process and according to the chart to analyze the cause of problem, solving and improvement. Finally, carrying on the analysis for benefits obtained by three aspects: economic, management, and society and prospecting for the follow-up work.
