As a basic industry of the national economy,the power industry plays an important role in the daily production activities,than power engineering and construction quality directly affects their final utility,and directly determine the entire power system is safe and stable operation.Compared with other projects,Transmission Project has many features that other projects do not have,such as special construction technology,production processes cumbersome,a larger number of participants,the safety factor demanding impact characteristics,which determine the importance of the construction process quality management issues.When we carry out quality control of power transmission project,the specific features of the project,the quality management requirements and time constraints of the local environment should be considered,thus scientific,efficient research methods can take to quality management,it can improve project quality.Firstly,the theoretical quality management system has been studied and summarized by learning relevant literature at home and abroad,the paper describes the basic theory of quality management,evaluation method and its specific application in engineering projects,and analyzes the specific circumstances of the case and some of the problems of Beijing East 1000 kv substation quality management accordance with domestic and foreign the study.Then this paper analysis of the relevant factors affecting the quality of construction power transmission project based on the theory and actual situation combined,It establishes the evaluation index system of Beijing East 1000 kV substation project,which includes six index system-level indicators,15 secondary indicators,which consider the staff of the power transmission system project with the situation,the use of equipment,supplies case management,process engineering and the environment and other factors.Than fuzzy—AHP comprehensive is used to evaluated the project.The example of Beijing East 1000 kV substation project quality management will provided reference for the relevant unit,than it can achieve the propose of improving the overall quality of management of the power grid construction.
