| With the resources development and industrial projects increasing demand for electricity, the expansion and renovation of West Inner Mongolia grid is imminent. We need to form a reliable supply network to meet the increasing electric demand.and promot economic development in West Inner Mongolia region. The economic evaluation and social evaluation of Investment projects on the grid will help to achieve the project’s scientific decision-making, improve project efficiency, which is the key to success.This article describes the relevant theory of economic evaluation and social evaluation, and introduces Mengxi regional economic development, electric power construction conditions and grid expansion project. Based on the actual situation of Power Transmission Project, this paper has built an economic evaluation index system and evaluated the project’s economic benefits.Through economic evaluation, it not only can reduce the subjectivity and blindness in the process of project investment decision-making, but also can improve the investment efficiency, reduce investment risks and optimize the allocation of resources.Financial evaluation results show that the project is feasible, and the profitability of the project will be increased in the future.According to the actual situation of Power Transmission Project, this paper has established a social evaluation index system, and uses AHP-model to measure the weights of evaluation indexes. The social benefits are measured by using the fuzzy mathematics model. By analyzing the results of the evaluation, we make recommendations for grid construction projects accordingly. Evaluation results show that the social benefits of grid construction projects are good. The emprical analysis also verifies the validity and feasibility of the evaluation model, and the model is a reference for similar projects on domestic social evaluation. |
