Study On Improving Supply Chain And Quality Management In Pharmacy Industry

With market competition becomingmore violent,People pay more attention on Supply Chain management,which called as “the 3rd origin of company's profit”.After getting through 30 years of reform and opening-up in China,product market become more diversity.Instead of keeping focus on expanding market all the time,entrepreneurs pay more attention on Supply Chain area.They suppose to increase company's profit by strategy of decreasing operation cost.On the other hand,global economy faces the fact that the growth trend will become mild.Under global environment background,Chinese economy step into “New Status” situation.But as for the reason of aging population,environment pollution and food safety problem,healthcare demand will keep increasing,and pharmacy industry will become “sun-rise industry” under these factors.Our country and society keep focus on pharmacy industry to insure safety of drug usage.So Chinese government established all kinds of quality practice for pharmacy industry,which could be influence for Supply Chain management.Regarding to pharmacy industry background,this article aims to looking for method to optimize operation efficiency.In this article,the topic of studying on improving operation efficiency is merging quality practice,TOC,SCOR module and epidemiology with Supply Chain management.
