On February 17,2015,A pharmacy chain co.ltd.went public,and now there are more than 5 000 pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in China.With the continuous influx of capital,the pharmaceutical retail industry has started the boom of "racing horse to secure land" for mergers and acquisitions.If an enterprise does not follow the pace of industrial mergers and acquisitions,it will affect its position in the pharmaceutical circulation industry.The financial synergy between the merging party and the merged party provides a solid foundation for the consolidation of the competitive position of the enterprise.Supply chain is one of the main means to achieve financial synergies,which focuses on process optimization and management.Therefore,based on the perspective of supply chain,this paper will provide a feasible plan for A pharmacy to achieve financial synergy after merger and acquisition.Firstly,this paper takes the acquisition of A pharmacy,a medical retail enterprise,as the background.On the basis of systematically sorting out the relevant literature of enterprise acquisition,financial coordination and supply chain management,it summarizes the research significance of financial coordination after the acquisition of emerging pharmacy by A pharmacy from the perspective of supply chain.Secondly,based on the theory of enterprise development strategy,process reengineering and learning effect,this paper analyzes the requirements of these theories on the realization of financial synergy after merger and acquisition.Then,the paper introduces the basic situation of A pharmacy and B pharmacy respectively,and analyzes the financial indicators of the two enterprises,such as the operation ability,development ability and store benefit.It points out the difficulties and causes of the financial coordination between the two sides from the three links of supply chain,namely,procurement,inventory and sales.Thirdly,it is proposed that the goal of financial synergy after acquisition of A pharmacy is to create financial synergy value,and specific optimization plans are proposed from three links of supply chain,namely procurement,inventory and sales,respectively,to predict the financial situation in the first year after the implementation of the plan.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the financial synergy plan of A pharmacy after merger and acquisition from the perspective of supply chain from the three aspects of information sharing,personnel transformation training and internal audit supervision.The article draws a conclusion that B pharmacy can fulfill its performance commitment in 2018 through the forecast.This shows that the implementation of the financial synergy program is conducive to promoting the financial synergy among enterprises after the merger,and provides some ideas,methods and Suggestions for pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises,especially A pharmacy,to achieve the financial synergy among enterprises after the merger.
