Research On The Impact Of FDI On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Anhui Province

With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the development of all countries can not be separated from the world,can not be separated from international trade and international investment.China,as the largest developing country in the world,should follow the pace of the developed countries in the world and promote the healthy development of the economy through the extensive use of foreign direct investment,the efficient use of foreign direct investment and the rational distribution of foreign direct investment to promote industrial upgrading.Anhui Province is located in the central region of China,economically underdeveloped,the introduction of foreign direct investment in the year closer,foreign direct investment to promote the upgrading of industrial structure is not obvious enough.Anhui Province is geographically adjacent to Jiangsu Province,but the two economic development level is very different,and Jiangsu Province in the introduction of foreign direct investment to promote industrial upgrading is quite successful.Anhui Province should learn from Jiangsu Province to use foreign capital to promote industrial structure to upgrade the successful experience,to rational use of foreign investment to promote their own industrial development and industrial upgrading.This paper firstly introduces the meaning of FDI,industrial structure and industrial structure upgrading,lists the theories of FDI theory,the theory of industrial structure and the impact of FDI on the upgrading of industrial structure.Then,it reviews the positive and negative aspects of FDI to industrial structure And the impact of bilateral literature research,and then on the upgrading of FDI and industrial structure of the literature review.Through the statistical analysis and historical analysis of the historical data and current situation of the two provinces of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces,the author draws the conclusion that FDI can promote the development and upgrading of the industrial structure of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces.Then,two time series models were established,and six kinds of VAR models were used to test the development of the three industries in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces.The influence of FDI on industrial structure upgrading was verified by establishing the linear regression model of industrial structure and the linear regression model.The empirical results show that FDI can promote the output value of the three industries in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces,and the effect of FDI on the output value of tertiary industry in Jiangsu Province is better than that in Anhui Province.The effect of using FDI in promoting the output value of secondary industry in Anhui Province is much stronger than that in Anhui Province.The first and the third industry,and the stimulation of the tertiary industry is less than the primary industry;Jiangsu Province,the use of FDI to promote the effect of the secondary industry is much stronger than the first and third industries to stimulate the first and third industries to stimulate the role of close The On the other hand,the introduction of unit FDI will promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces,but the introduction of FDI in Jiangsu Province to promote better results.In this regard,the analysis of Anhui Province,the use of FDI on the tertiary industry output value and industrial structure optimization and upgrading of Jiangsu Province,there is no obvious reason for the introduction of FDI in Anhui Province,the problems encountered in the analysis.Combined with Jiangsu Province to promote the use of FDI to enhance the successful experience of industrial structure and in accordance with the actual situation in Anhui Province,and finally how to use FDI in Anhui to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,we put forward the relevant rationalization policy recommendations.
