With the development of China's economy and the improvement of the national standard of living,the retail industry in the end of the last century in China,showing the development trend,and the chain business model is the rapid development of.But with the pace of economic globalization,a large number of foreign retail giants in China's large,rapid city layout,the retail industry is more intense in China increased by more and,with the in-depth development of the Internet platform,the impact of the electricity supplier for the traditional retail industry is increasingly obvious.Internal market competition in the retail industry,and some small chain retail enterprises are also facing greater pressure.Because of the small retail enterprises lack of brand advantage in human resource management,there is a weak attraction to talent,human management,staff mobility and other difficulties,but there are also many problems in salary management.The current society is the era of knowledge economy,advanced human resources owned by the enterprise will have a future development opportunity,and small retail enterprises how to solve the problem of the human management,especially in the further optimization of salary management has become one of the important factors that affect its future development.In the specific research,this paper follows the theory with practice,using the theory of compensation and incentive theory as the guide,makes the theoretical framework of the article is more abundant.The research of this paper is based on a large amount of literature,and the theoretical basis of the article.Through the investigation and case analysis,it also enhances the practicality and operability of the article.In the case study of W retail companies,points out the main problems in the current salary management of small retail companies represented by W company,which is lack of overall planning,the lack of professional personnel,did not make full use of human resources issues.Through detailed field research of W company,find out the main reasons for the problems above,namely the lack of compensation planning,lack of professional human resources management personnel,lack of compensation management ability,human resources have not been fully utilized.Then,through the use of the questionnaire,to understand the W company employees for the company's salary management view.Finally,through the analysis of the staff of W company,using the compensation theory and incentive theory,and points out that W retail companies to staff salary optimization program from the company level,the strategic level thinking and system construction.This study is based on the small chain retail enterprise salary management,under the guidance of the relevant theory put forward the countermeasures to perfect,and in W's targeted research is applied to solve the common problems of small retail chain enterprises.Has a certain practical significance of the research,and put forward some countermeasures to improve the salary management and has a certain application value,can provide reference for the salary system construction of small retail chain enterprises and perfect.
