Because GY Company is reformed from a longest-running national enterprise, Afterseveral reforms, its management system is becoming modern mode. But the human resourcemanagement and salary management still do not break away from the base frame of oldnational enterprise. Under the big condition of business depression in recent years, theproduction and operation of the company is suffering bigger pressure, and facing more andmore difficulty. To make the company get further development, and conform to thedevelopment and reform of the company, the investigation and improvement of HRmanagement and salary system already become an important focus of company. To activatecurrent HR, and stand out the motivation on stuff’s ability and their contribution, and improvethe market competitive, to make sure the fairness and scientificity of salary system, and bringinto full play of the motivation and restriction of salary system, it is extremely urgent todiagnose and redesign of salary system in this Company.Based on the simple description of current salary system of the company, this articlefirstly propose the objective and method for the analysis of salary system, then carry out a fulland efficient analysis in the ways of interviews and questionnaire survey with all level stuffand all department in the company. According to the analysis result, the main problems ofsalary system are lack of scientificity, unreasonable setting of salary level, the base positionsalary set without reference, bad attractiveness for the talent, salary adjustment withoutreference and standard lack close relationship between salary and stuff performance. Toefficiently solve the existing problem in the salary system, this investigation and diagnose willfocus on the external and internal fairness, the link between salary and staff ability, the linkbetween salary and performance, the motivation of different kinds of position, reasonablenessin salary structure.Through the analysis and investigation on the problem of current salary system, incombination with modern salary theory and company’s actual situation, based on the principleof fairness, motivation, economic and legality, this article sets up a broadband salary systemmode for GY company limited, and redesign the salary system following the idea of jobanalysis and position evaluation, design of broadband salary, salary survey and salary level,stuff salary orientation,and salary construction. Lastly, it states the process of carrying intoexecution, support measures, and expected goal.
