The Research On Maritime Education Export Under The Strategy Of "The Belt And Road"

In September and October 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping has successively put forward a major initiative to build the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21st-Century Maritime Silk Road"(referred to as "The Belt and Road"),which arouses world-wide attention.As is pointed out in Vision and Proposed Actions of Outlined on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt&21st-Century Maritime Silk Road,the strategy of The Belt and Road aims to realize five non-obstructions,i.e.,policy coordination,facilities connectivity,unimpeded trade,financial integration and people-to-people bonds.Enforcing the cooperation on maritime education with the countries along The Belt and Road and boosting maritime education export is the significant support for road connectivity and unimpeded trade,as well as the important means of people-to-people bonds.This paper takes the maritime education export in our country as the research object,the strategy of "The Belt and Road" as the research background,using the literature research method,the survey research method and the inductive analysis method to try to provide a reference for the in-depth implementation of the "The Belt and Road" strategy,the development of maritime education export and the cultivation of international talents.This paper is divided into three parts to explore the China's maritime education export problems under the background of "The Belt and Road"strategy:Part One analyzes the relationship between the strategy of "The Belt and Road"and the maritime education export in our country from the perspective of the opportunities and challenges brought by the "The Belt and Road" strategy to the maritime education export,and the advantages of our maritime education export.Part Two combs the status of maritime education export in our country and analyzes the current problems and causes of the maritime education export.Part Three according to the problems and causes of the maritime education export under the strategic background of "The Belt and Road",puts forward four countermeasures of developing China's maritime education export plan,formulate the development plan of marine education export,perfecting the support system of maritime education export in China,improving cooperation platform of maritime education export in "The Belt and Road"and improving the international competitiveness of Chinese Maritime Education,which aims to enlarge Chinese maritime education export to countries along "The Belt and Road" and to raise the Chinese maritime voice.
