With mature socialist market economy in our country,enterprises and institutions of the employment system has also been gradually diversified,among them,the labor dispatching a form of employment in attracted much attention in recent years.Different from traditional forms of employment,labor dispatch is a staffing company in the form of labor contracts,with the unit labor and Employer relations of cooperation.The form on the one hand,to promote personnel employment,improve the personnel's professional skills,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of dispatched employees play an important role,on the other hand,also can save project unit labor,at the same time,strengthen the flexibility of employment.As a result,more and more enterprises,especially large weak market conditions,operating conditions into the downturn of the state-owned enterprises,in order to save the human cost,are also gradually expand the labor dispatching employees(hereinafter referred to as "contract employees",similarly hereinafter),the scope of application of individual enterprise contract employees accounted for more than 50% of the total number of employment even.However,rising contract employees turnover rate and turnover rate,also caused a series of topics.SD mining service company is a subsidiary under energy companies in the coal of professional logistics service unit,because of work in state-owned enterprise fixed,stable income,good welfare,low pressure,etc,to attract a large number of contract employees injection,so far,contract employees in the company has accounted for 60% of total number of employment.Due to its job content simple,professional threshold is low,the flow of the contract employees phenomenon is frequent,but did not affect the actual work.In recent years,however,the coal market malaise,national policy limit increasingly strengthen,group company to control costs,fully implementing "not only into"(employees may leave but not hiring)policy,at this point,the contract employees "not only leave" in the performance of the increasingly significant,more job vacancies seriously hinder the normal operation of the company,to the enterprise brought great influence service quality and stability.Therefore,contract employees leave problem has become an important problem urgently to be solved in the company.Based on SD mining service company as an example,the basic situation of SD mining services company contract employees,individual interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method,according to the departure of the individual interview arrangement design of on-the-job employees contract employees satisfaction questionnaire,through the questionnaire survey results analysis of the main factors influencing the contract employees turnover,and carries on the classification according to the theory of double factors,found the hygiene factors can affect the company's future contract employees,according to the actual conditions,the company put forward contract employees in the company management should make the various aspects of the positive countermeasures.Through the study of SD mining services company contract employees turnover intention,helps in the contract employees of state-owned enterprises and logistics service units of the basic condition to predict in advance,the use of contract employees of enterprises how to make better use of contract employees,play the role of contract employees have certain reference significance.
