Harmonious labor relations of coal mining enterprises not only influence the construction of harmonious society in our country but also is closely related to the life and property safety of coal miners. For80’s miners, labor relations of coal mine enterprises will have varying degrees of influence on whether they have turnover intention. Obviously in the coal mining enterprises,80"s are quietly becoming the new driving force of many coal mines and managers begin to pay close attention to their career development, to train80’s miners ideal commitment degree of coal mining enterprises in order to retain employees. In this paper, under the precondition of controlling background variables,this article embarks the study of labor relations of coal mining enterprises and80"s miners on whether there is a relationship between them and whether ideal commitment plays intermediary role between them.There are following four parts in this study:The first part:The study introduces the research background, describes the practical and theoretical significance, and clarify the research methods, research contents and research innovation.The second part:Mainly about the literature review among labor relations, ideal commitment, turnover intention as well as the relations between the relevant, mainly laid research hypotheses and model relations for the research.The third part:Research design and empirical research. Firstly, we try to fix a scale of labor relation,to design the questionnaire, by a questionnaire survey of80"s miners in coal mine enterprises of Shandong’s province and issue data collection, then use SPSS16.0software for analysis of survey data, including reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, to validate research hypothesis established before.The fouth part:Including research conclusion analysis, puts forward suggestions for the coal mine enterprise labor relations management, and finally put forward the study limitations and future prospects.There are below three conclusions in this paper:Firstly, This article selects the80’s miners of coal mining enterprises in the city of Shandong province, based on the existing enterprise labor relations questionnaire, first try to fix the coal mining enterprises labor relations scale, through factor analysis, to obtain the six dimensions of labor relations including compensation and labor environment, labor protection, labor contract and social security, training, trade unions and labor dispute handling, and to participate in the management and development. To a certain extent, this paper will provide reference for future research on coal mining labor relations.Secondly,the salary and work environment,safety protection,labor contract and social security,training,union and labor conflict,participation to management and development6dimensions have a related relationship with significant negative impact on80"s turnover intention, and have significant positive relationship on ideal commitment. Ideal commitment has a significant relationship with impact on80,s miners turnover intention.Thirdly, the salary and work environment, safety protection, training, participation to management and development4dimensions have a significant negative impact on80’s turnover intention, and have significant positive effect on ideal commitment. Ideal commitment has a significant impact on80’s miners turnover intention; ideal commitment plays intermediary role between labor relationship of mining enterprises and turnover intention of80’s miners.In this study, by personal ability and sample selection, although this study of relation research among the coal mine enterprise labor relations, ideal commitment and80’s miners quit intention has obtained certain research results, but there are still shortcomings needed to further research in the future.
