Along with our country city changes rate gradually increased,the rapid growth of urban population,th e upgrade will inev itably bring about the transfor mation of economic structure,city f unction and people's consumption level of ascension,and provide a good opportunity for the development of commercial real estate.China railway construction real estate group as the SASAC special allowed real estate as the m ain industry of the central ente rprises,the rapid pace of development,and like m any state-owned enterprises,the enterprise is currently used in the flat or ganization structure of the salary system of salary m anagement model.Although the salary m anagement pattern in the position salary system avoids hierarchy conflict from a cert ain degree,but egalitariani sm tendency is prom inent,plus compensation adjustment basically adopted the "quick m arch" Puzhang,unfairness in the enterprise long-term rational existence.At the same tim e as the coexistence of multiple identities of employees,namely "establishment" and "system" in the gap of the em ployee salary and welf are,the indirect hi ndered their foreig n talent introduction.Especially the pursuit of enterprises in the real es tate industry profit pattern,resulting in the commercial real estate development personnel mobility,and the number of industrial development professionals not harmonious condition.In this paper,the commercial r eal estate development from the core bu siness as the breakthrough point and research scope,through to the enterprise developm ent,enterprise mechanism,personnel structure,personnel characteristics,commercial real estate development personnel salary present situation anal ysis,using modern salary theory and related salary system design technology,aiming to design a new salary management pattern in ability oriented,team oriented,for the enterprise to find out the existing problems and countermeasures.
