Analysis Of Regional Financial Cooperation Strategy In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

As a new engine of economic growth,our country has such high hopes of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy.Regional financial cooperation is a breakthrough for promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei strategy smoothly.Financial cooperation is also the inherent requirement of the three financial developments and is an important guarantee for promoting non capital function.Regional financial cooperation is still in its initial stage.Cooperative localization is fuzzy and lack of development direction,the cooperation mechanism is not sound and the regional marketization degree is low.Besides,it's difficult to reach a consensus on cooperation because the development gap.The development of regional financial cooperation is blocked.In my paper,firstly,I analyze the theory of financial cooperation and reach a conclusion that strategic positioning is the first step for formulating cooperation strategy.Then I create a competitive analysis model by using factor analysis method,and put forward the six functional areas of financial cooperation in Jing-Jin-Ji region by financial function,it includes Regional Financial Center,Financial and Economic Development Zone,Financial Innovation Technology Zone,Financial Eco-Travel Area,Financial Open Area and Financial Function Extension.Lastly,On the basis of clear financial cooperation orientation and the present situation and problems of financial cooperation,I design a strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional financial cooperation,the strategy includes strategic target,strategic path and strategic security cooperation,that is design perfect policy security,infrastructure protection,environmental protection and build the strategic alliance and the strategic choice in the functional area to narrow the gap between Beijing,Tianjin and financial development,to create a new situation in the development of regional financial cooperation strategic objectives.
