Research On The Development Process And Countermeasures Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei’s Regional Cooperation

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional cooperation has a long history,and it has been further deepened in the new economic situation.The regional cooperation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is of great significance to coordinate regional development and reshape China’s economic layout.This paper explores the issue of further promoting the regional cooperation between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the perspective of regional cooperation and development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This paper focuses on the research of the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei regional cooperation and development process since the reform and opening-up,and takes the different levels of government,market and social participation in the process of regional cooperation.Since the reform and opening-up,Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei Regional cooperation is divided into four stages of development,namely,the initial stage of development,the development stage of the twists and turns,deepen the development stage and the new era.On this basis,the achievements of the regional cooperation in Beijing and Tianjin are put forward and the concrete achievements And to support the further analysis of the main factors affecting the regional cooperation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.In order to promote the regional cooperation strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this paper puts forward that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation should be based on the national development strategy in the next regional cooperation,and the institutional mechanism should be removed.In particular,it is necessary to strengthen the ecological environment management and transportation infrastructure,Basic public services,social development and other specific areas of institutional mechanisms,the construction of government,market,social new cooperative relations.
