The Study On The Measurement And Evolution Of Regional Economic Disparities Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

There is economic disparity not only in different countries of the world,but in different regions of a country.This is an objective phenomenon.Moderate regional economic disparities contribute to the freely flow of factors of production between regions and more rational optimization and allocation of resources,but too large economic regional disparities will lead to serious consequences,even the stagnation of regional economic development.BeijingTianjin-Hebei region has become the three poles" of the development of China's economic after "Pearl River Delta" and "Yangtze River Delta".From the view of economy,polity and geography,the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region plays a vital role in China.So it is necessary to the study the regional economic disparities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Based on the theory of regional economic disparity and the domestic and foreign research results of regional economic disparity,this paper analyzes the relevant statistical data of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Using the per capita GDP index,the standard deviation,the range extreme difference,the coefficient of variation,the weighted coefficient of variation and other methods to derive the process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic evolution from 1978 to 2015.Then,this paper uses the factor analysis method to analyze and compare BeijingTianjin-Hebei regional economic data,obtaining the comprehensive score in different regions from 2006 to 2014,then explores the regional economic differences in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region using ArcGIS software.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis :(1)Since 1978,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic absolute disparities expand gradually;(2)During the period from 1978 to 2015,the relative differences in the regional economy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei decrease first and then increase,which are different from the absolute differences;(3)From1990,both the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic absolute disparities and the relative rise;(4)The regional economic development pattern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is developed from "double center" to "three pillars";(5)There are significant clustering characteristics in the regional economic development of Beijing-TianjinHebei;(6)There is a large regional economic disparities between the sea area and the inland in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In addition,this paper also discusses the reasons of regional economic differences in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the view of natural,economic and social aspects.Finally,the measures and suggestions are put forward to reduce the regional economic disparities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
