In China's economic development,small and medium enterprises play an increasingly important role.The growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises have a significant effect on the development of social economy and the increase of employment and the growth of people's wealth.Therefore,focusing on the development model of SMEs and growth path,strong support and promote the development of small and medium enterprises is the inevitable choice of China's economic growth,but also to achieve the economic goals of the strong start.China has large number of small and medium enterprises,accounting for about 96% of the total number of enterprises in China.Small and medium-sized enterprises are of great significance in alleviating the pressure of employment and promoting employment opportunities,promoting the development of the national economy,maintaining social stability,improving and improving people's living standards.However,small and medium enterprises are also facing many challenges during their development process.On the one hand,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is influenced by external factors such as political legal environment,industrial environment,enterprise cluster environment,financial ecological environment and social and cultural environment.On the other hand,the entrepreneurial leadership of small and medium-sized enterprises,Enterprise human resources,corporate financing capacity,product and market conditions,corporate governance structure and corporate culture and other internal factors also affect its survival and development.In this study,Nanchang Qianlima Trading Co.,Ltd.was used as the research object,and the combination of theoretical research and empirical research was adopted.First of all,through systematic review of existing domestic and foreign literature on the growth of small and medium enterprises,especially small and medium enterprises,to understand the latest developments in the field of theoretical research,extensive combing the relevant literature and theory of small and medium enterprises,summed up and refined the impact of small and medium enterprises The main factors for the follow-up study to provide a theoretical basis.Secondly,through the combination of the specific case of the company,the company conducted on-site investigation and interviews,according to the contents of the study to further study,for the development of the company to provide strategic advice,but also for the growth and development of SMEs to provide direction guidance.According to the conclusion of this study,small and medium-sized enterprises because of its development stage and growth path of the different,in the development process is facing such as the enterprise system is not standardized,a relatively wide financing channels,lack of quality talent,the market scope of the lower limit and management level Many questions.The establishment of modern enterprise system,broaden the enterprise financing channels,the introduction of innovative talents strategy,rational development of the domestic market and the establishment of a scientific management system to ensure that the firm's high growth has become an inevitable choice for the development of small and medium enterprises.China's other small and medium enterprises in the development process can also learn from the development of the company's experience and development strategies,from the reality,and constantly open up innovative enterprise system and management system,strengthen cooperation with large enterprises,strengthen corporate culture,broaden corporate financing channels The With a proactive attitude to deal with the fierce competition in the market and the dramatic changes in society,effectively protect the stability of enterprises and rapid development.
