In the process of ecnomic development, the role of micro, small andmedium enterprises has always been a weak group, its development also hasbeen the focus of attention. After20C80’s, along with the arrival of knowledgeeconomy and information technology, economic globalization and integrationbegan to emerge, the network organization starts to appear. In this situation,micro, small and medium enterprises want to gain a competitive advantage inthe turbulent economic and social environment, network organization is boundto become a kind of choice. Based on the research process, this paper firstsummarizes the previous relevant literature, and it is concluded that theconcept of network-based growth of micro, small and medium enterprises.The paper forms the research framework of the micro, small and mediumenterprises network-based growth which contains network structure,networked growth mechanism and the improvement of the firm performance.Finally, the article depicts three kind of micro, small and medium enterprisesnetwork growth model.Study results are as follows:1.the micro, small and medium enterprisesnetwork structure is a complex network system, which contains all kinds ofrelations, including information network, innovation network, trade law andculture network.2.The network-based growth of the micro, small and mediumenterprises which co-operate and have interactions and promote the growthof network enterprises, raise the performance level of enterprise.3.The modeof the networked growth of the micro, small and medium enterprises could bedivided into3categories: the star,the parallel and the virtual. Based onwhich,introduced the organization study network mode.4.It clarified thenormal mode and mechanism of the micro, small and medium enterprisesnetworked growth in the economic zone in quanzhou. It also prove thepositive correlation between the networked growth mechanism and theenterprise growing performance. The growth of micro, small and medium enterprises problem which is ahot issue of research in recent years, present the mature practice significancewith the development of economy. The research conclusion of this paper hasimportant practical significance for the micro, small and medium enterprisesnetwork growth in economic zone in quanzhou. but also it provides ascientific basis for other domestic micro, small and medium enterprises whichchoose the network growth model.
