Performance management refers to the process of carrying out the comprehensive evaluation and management of employees' work performance,attitude and ability in order to realize the purpose of common development of employees and organizations and the use of relevant performance indicators and methods.With the rapid development of China's commercial banks,more and more people are concerned about the effective application of advanced performance methods in the management of commercial banks.The continuous application of network technology,and the new situation of commercial banks under the performance management work provides an opportunity for development.Over the years,China's domestic banks implemented the head office,sub-branch's three-level performance managementin response to the challenges of international financial institutions,and achieved good results.In addition,part of the commercial banks will also carry out their own performance management reform,not only combine the economic development and banking industry transition trend,but also be more reasonable to develop the content of performance evaluation and indicators.More importantly,the problem is how to focus on these evaluation content and indicators to match the performance management policies,systems and initiatives that match.In fact,China's commercial banks in the performance management system buildt and improved a lot of effort,its purpose is to keep up with the pace of development.However,in the pursuit of performance management development process,it is inevitable that there are many problems.How to solve these problems and establish a sustainable and rational development model of commercial banks has become the focus of current commercial bank performance management research.In addition,the international research on performance management has been carried out,and has achieved fruitful outcomes,a variety of advanced management ideas and management technology has been introduced.China's commercial banks had realized that how to absorb these nutrients,and improve their management efficiency has also become a top priority.I entered the CCB XX Branch Operations Management Department since 2012.The main work is divided into two parts: departmental human resource management and departmental business development planning.In the course of practice,I had met a lot of problems,and I have accumulated rich management and business experience.These personal experience will help me to better understand the status of the work of department staff and job responsibilities,and better understand the department's performance management model and its development process.In addition,the experience of learning in the MBA enriches the author's theoretical basis for performance management.The combination of practical experience and theoretical basis constitutes the basis of this paper,and puts forward the improvement plan for the performance management of CCB XX Branch Operation Management Department,which has certain practical significance.Based on the development strategy of the head office and the operation management department of XXBranch,based on the current situation of the department's business management and human resource management,the author designs a set of measures forthe performance management system,at the same time through the refinement of management tools to enhance the overall performance of departments and bars.The full text consists of five parts:The first part is the introductory part.In this part,the background and the significance of the topic are expounded,and the research methods and the structure of the paper are introduced.Besides,we explore the practical value of this topic,hoping to provide a reference for the improvement and improvement of performance management of other commercial banks in China through this study.The second part mainly reviews the related concepts and basic theories of modern performance management.The third part analyzes the current situation of performance management of CCB XX Branch Operation Management Department from the present situation,and elaborates the basic situation,business model and performance management mode of the department.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,based on the analysis of the sector on the basis of the proposed optimization of the sector design.The fifth part is a summary of the full text.
