Through has carried on the research of the company in Jiangxi cement NF,combined with my work experience and the related theoretical basis,developed a set of practical,scientific and effective,the integrity of the system of the marketing strategy,to help NF cement company in the future business to occupy and expand its market share,which undoubtedly on NF cement company has practical value in use.At the same time hope that other companies in China,especially similar cement companies can draw on the results of this study,to open up their own market,so that this paper research into the development of enterprises in the process of the classic study.Combined with the in Jiangxi NF cement company's years of experience in sales and management experience,and can be made large first-hand data,using analysis of internal and external marketing environment,using the porter's five forces model analysis,found that Jiangxi NF cement company adopt the marketing strategy of the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions according to the deficiencies.This paper mainly from the following aspects to study the marketing strategy of Jiangxi NF cement company: first finishing related theories of marketing;secondly analyzes Jiangxi NF cement company's internal and external environment,in-depth analysis of its marketing strategy used at present,find out the cause of the lack of marketing strategy,which is conducive to Jiangxi NF the cement company looking for new market opportunities and external threats to overcome the shortcomings of the existing discovery;marketing strategy and find out in front,according to the study of theoretical knowledge and management experience,put forward a set of specific and practical,scientific and reasonable solution to improve the marketing strategy of Jiangxi NF cement company,and to expand market share,promote the development of the company;this thesis draws the conclusion and points out the shortcomings and future research Direction.The main contributions of this paper include: in the whole,the Jiangxi NF cement company put forward a set of realistic operable,scientific and reasonable marketing strategy.For the improvement of the marketing strategy of Jiangxi NF cement company's product strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,price strategy and service strategy,such as specific marketing strategy.The product strategy,according to the characteristics of Jiangxi NF cement company itself,suggested that it should combine the brand strategy and product innovation strategy,focus on the development of the company's brand reputation,development;channel strategy,the marketing channel design,construction,control and management of the organic combination of the four,play the synergy due;promotion strategy,innovation put forward the marketing strategy of foreign relations strategy and personal selling strategy combination;price strategy,the implementation of differential pricing and competitive pricing mixed use comprehensive pricing method,different market with different pricing strategies,in order to maintain the market pricing initiative;the service strategy,the customer service oriented strategy.And hope that through this research and exploration,for our country at this stage of the urgent need to improve their marketing strategy,to provide some solutions.
