China's cement output ranks first in the world for many years,and with the acceleration of urbanization process in China,the gradual promotion of China's cement consumption demand growth rate of new towns and new rural construction will grow further.In this case,the cement companies choose to develop and adopt marketing strategies which marketing strategy is particularly important.Jidong Cement foundation in marketing the external environment and industry competition analysis in this paper,combining marketing efforts Jidong Cement Company SWOT analysis results,from a marketing point of view of Jidong Cement company's marketing strategy to adjust.The main contents of this paper include the following four aspects:First,the article describes in detail the importance of the basic concepts of marketing,marketing strategy and marketing characteristics for enterprise development.This paper briefly introduces the basic tools and methods of marketing strategies developed by Porter's five forces model and PEST analysis.Secondly,this paper analyzes the macro environment facing five aspects from the policy and regulatory environment,economic environment,resources and environment,industry conditions and product markets and analyzes the micro-environment of marketing Jidong Cement facing organization structure and human resources,financial position and operating performance and other aspects of the production.Meanwhile,the paper systematically analyzes the advantages of marketing Jidong Cement faced,weaknesses,opportunities and threats based on SWOT Analysis Model.Third,this paper presents Jidong Cement Co.,Ltd.Marketing Improvement Strategies from clear target market selection and positioning of the enterprise,as well as the implementation of the overall marketing strategy based on the theory of 4P marketing strategy combination,in order to improve their marketing performance.Finally,we present the guarantee strategy of Jidong cement marketing strategy implementation from the enterprise management system security,marketing,personnel protection and marketing strategy to protect the protection of three aspects.
