In recent years,the rapid rise of Internet banking has brought about the transformation of pressure to the traditional banking industry.In the process of transition,the traditional network is transformed into intelligent transformation,self-service equipments are extensively used,electronic banking business is developed,counter business continues to be replaced,the entity bank outlets are merging,a large number of bank employees were diverted,transferred,and retrained.The transformation of traditional commercial banks has brought about great impact on their human resource management.Combining literature review with induction,deduction and case study,this article starts from China's Internet financial development and business forms and analyzes the mechanism of how Internet financial influences human resource management of commercial banks.Taking JS bank as an example,this study examines the status quo of its human resource management practice by questionnaire and finally designs the human resources management strategy and supporting measures in consistent with the development of e-finance at JS bank.This study is intended to provide new insights for the human resource management of in the transition into Internet finance,which acts as reference and inspiration for the traditional banking industry facing the same situation.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter: introduction,introducing the background,purpose and significance as well as the methods and contents of this study.The second chapter: theoretical basis,defining the two concepts of Internet finance and human resources management and their characteristics and analyzing the mechanism of how e-finance exerts influence on the human resource management at traditional commercial bank.The third chapter: the development and practice of Internet banking in china,describing the forms of e-finance business from five aspects,namely third-party payment,P2 P net loan,public financing,big data finance,financial information services intermediary based on the e-finance development in China.The fourth chapter: survey of the influence of Internet banking on human resource management of JS bank,investigating current human resource management practice against the external environment of Internet banking flourishing,by collecting staff intuitive feelings about changes in human resource management out of this e-finance shocks through questionnaire.The fifth chapter: measures to deal with e-finance shocks by JS bank,proposing human resource management strategy,making strategic match and choice and suggesting specific measures to execute strategy.These measures are related to human resource information system,human resource allocation,education and training and performance.The sixth chapter: conclusion,summarizing research results and discussing limitations.
