Research On Migrant Workers Employment And Training Of Heze City

Since 1980s,with the deepening of reform and opening up,the rural surplus labor force is gradually transferred out,which constitutes a group of migrant workers.As a part of the labor force,migrant workers have made great contributions to the development of economy and society,and played an important role in the process of social industrialization and modernization.However,due to the low level of cultural and professional skills of migrant workers,it is difficult to meet the employment needs of enterprises.Migrant workers are often at a disadvantage in employment market.With China's industrial upgrading and economic restructuring,more and more migrant workers are difficult to meet the requirements of social development.The structural unemployment is becoming more and more serious.Training can improve the working skills of migrant workers in a short term,and then increase employment opportunities.How to carry out migrant workers employment training better,make effective use of training resources and give migrant workers maximum benefits,have become the hot spot of current research.As a research perspective of Heze,who belongs to the less developed areas,located in the southwest of Shandong province.As a human resources and labor export market,who has carried out the organized labor export in 1992,which is the first group of migrant workers in the Shandong province.Firstly,combing the current situation of employment and the characteristics of Chinese migrant workers,we put forward the necessity and urgency of migrant workers employment training in our country.Secondly,this paper mainly uses methods of questionnaire and data,we found and analyzed the prominent problems that exist in the employment training of Heze's migrant workers on two aspects of employment training subject and object.Thirdly,we get inspiration from the experience about migrant workers employment training at home and abroad.Fourth,according to the practice of Heze,we can strengthen the migrant workers employment training from three aspects.At the government level to strengthen macro-control and support,and improve the job evaluation and the feedback mechanism.The society should pay more attention to the propaganda and build the atmosphere of employment training.We also should enterprises the correct consciousness of migrant workers employment training;strengthen the construction of teachers.And explore multi-level employment training mode.Workers themselves should change the employment idea,actively participate in job training,and improve their own quality.
