Employment of migrant workers have been a long-term focus of the Chinese government. Currently there are more than 150 million migrant workers in China. Migrant workers have become a very important part of national labor output. With the rapid growth of the overall quality of the migrant workers, the demand growing increasingly. However, the overall low quality of migrant workers can not adapted to social development.The current employment of migrant workers have the negative impaction, not only endangering the basic material security of migrant workers and the economy continued and stable development, but also having an extremely negative impact on social stability. The overall quality of migrant workers has become an national sustainable development and a serious obstacle to building a harmonious society.Jiangsu Province has the largest population and one of the largest labor output province, which is also one of the fastest economic growth provinces in East China. In recent years, as the "triangle" cascade transfer and industrial structure upgrade. Jiangsu has played an important role in the "east of the rise of strategic of the country, which payed more emphasis on training of migrant workers, however the training effect is not satisfactoried. The writer has done some research on migrant workers training institutions in Jiangsu Province and Nanjing AN DE MEN migrant workers market. Statistics and analysis of data obtained on the basis of the training of migrant workers in Jiangsu Province root causes of poor results:training system which is structural and institutional obstacles, training and market demand, employment practice out of touch, blindness disorder prominent. The actual situation of Jiangsu Province, makeing recommendations to strengthen migrant workers skills developing and vocational training, overall planning and manageing.Actively and effectively management of various training institutions and supervisions, integration of training resources, clear responsibilities of relevant departments, the training of migrant workers are in efforts to resolve the outstanding problems facing so that more effective government management, training institutions are more active individuals and more migrant workers willing to participate in skills training and development, transformation of migrant workers as soon as possible to become qualified industrial workers, eventually getting the maximum benefit of society.
