The era of innovation was arrival,which proves the importance of innovation.Only enterprises through innovation,they can achieve greater progress and breakthrough in a rapidly changing market environment.In the environment of encouraging people to start their own businesses and to make innovations,the importance of enterprise self-innovation is self-evident.The rapid development of technology innovation,forcing us to try to establish a set of adapting innovative achievements management system.At present,the balanced scorecard of practical value is a good tool,it is studied the most widely and used more frequently.The emergence of the balanced scorecard provides an important management model in order to enterprise performance management,innovation performance can also use it to management.Firstly,this paper introduces the content of innovation performance and the main content of the new strategic evaluation tool-balanced scorecard.The paper studies the research achievements of innovation performance and balanced scorecard.On this basis,the paper tries to construct the innovation performance management system of W company,the index system of the balanced scorecard,and through the four aspects to check innovation achievements,improvement and management.There are four aspects of financial,customer,internal business process and learning and growth in the balanced score card,all kinds of indicators are derived from the enterprise innovation strategy and its related aspects.The balanced scorecard is the link between the innovation strategy,the implementation of innovation strategy and the innovation performance management.On the basis of the above,the paper also explores the Lifting path of innovation performance management,from the application key link of innovation performance evaluation and Balanced Scorecard,incentive system and other supporting measures to improve innovation performance.The paper takes the work record system and incentive system of the company and so on into the innovation performance management system,and makes it an important part.The chapter is focus on studying the effect of coordination among different incentive methods,in order to enlarge the maximum effect of stimulation.The paper studies the coordination of labor incentive,salary incentive,career motivation,honor motivation and training motivation each other under the guidance of the target incentive,and jointly sets up a set of incentive model to provide a feasible incentive system for the innovation performance management of the company.
