The Competitiveness Analysis Based On Financial Perspective Of MY Company

In recent years,China's market has opening,the competition of domestic market increasingly fierce.For most of the domestic enterprises,if they want to survive and develop in the fierce competition,the only way is trying to find their competitive advantages and enhancing their competitiveness.China is an agricultural country,agricultural enterprises are endless,and agricultural product processing enterprises are the bridge to contact farmers and market.They play a vital role to promote new socialist countryside construction and the international competitive ability of agriculture,increase farmers' income and solve the "three rural" problem?alleviate resource in the energy crisis.Cotton processing enterprises play the important role in agriculture as the typical representative of agricultural product processing industry.There are great theoretical and practical significance to construct evaluation index system of cotton processing enterprise,guides cotton processing enterprises to make full use of their advantages and offsets disadvantages to increase revenues,consummates the performance evaluation and promote the "two types of society".This thesis based on existing research based,using "the connotation and feature of competitiveness based on financial perspective ? the influence factors and relationship of competitiveness based on financial perspective and the evaluation methodology of enterprises' competitiveness" three aspects of theories as support.First,the thesis introduces the overall situation of MY company.Second,the thesis analyses competition environment.Third,it combines industry features and the related information to find the indexes that can evaluate cotton processing enterprises' competitiveness,sets weight and standard value.Establishing competitiveness evaluation index system to evaluate MY company.This thesis uses literature research method,case analysis method and the quantitative analysis method and so on.Finally,the thesis comes up with four suggestions to improve MY company's competitiveness: first,increasing currency funds stock and avoiding relying on inventory to improve flow ratio;second,improving on technology development and paying attention to the machine update;third,improving the quality of raw materials procurement and strengthening cost of control;fourth,upgrading brand visibility to expand enterprise scale.At present,China's cotton processing enterprises are facing huge competition and challenges,this thesis not only analyses MY company's competitiveness and comes up with suggestions to improve competitiveness but also establishes a standard to evaluate and analysis the competitiveness of enterprises.
