Research On The Financial Competitiveness Of SF Holding From The Perspective Of Social Responsibility

As a pillar industry for China to become a strong postal service,express service plays an increasingly important role in the national economy with the development of e-commerce and other industries.Express enterprises need to strengthen their own competitiveness,to promote China's postal power.Only those enterprises with strong financial competitiveness can provide material guarantee for their efficient and long-term development.With the change of corporate governance concept,the company's goal gradually changes from shareholder value maximization to stakeholder value maximization,and the value orientation of stakeholders is closely related to corporate social responsibility.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the financial competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of social responsibility.This paper selects sf express holding,the company with the highest market value in the domestic express industry,as a case enterprise,and conducts an analysis and research on its financial competitiveness from the perspective of social responsibility by using comparative analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Firstly,based on the research status and relevant theories of financial competitiveness at homeand abroad,this paper discusses the impact of social responsibility performance on financial competitiveness,and selects the evaluation index of financial competitiveness of sf holding from the perspective of social responsibility.Then,from the economic,legal,ethical and philanthropic aspects of corporate social responsibility,the financial competitiveness of the case company is analyzed.Finally,through analysis,Suggestions are put forward for sf holding to improve its financial competitiveness,reduce costs and grab market share to improve its profits.Implement spiritual leadership to reduce employee turnover;Establish a risk-balanced debt financing structure and innovate the financing model to reduce financial risks and improve the liability to creditors;Innovate the consumer service mode,improve the economic benefit of the service link and improve the consumer satisfaction;Implement financial management coordination,fulfill environmental and charitable responsibilities,and establish a good public image.Through the analysis of this paper,the author hopes to point out the direction for the improvement of the financial competitiveness of the case enterprise and enrich the theoretical research on the financial competitiveness of the enterprise.
