| Finance company which provides professional financial service for the developing of the enterprise has become an important part of China’s finance system after several years,deepening the reform of the enterprise,enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise.It’s one of the best choice which can help the combination of product and economic in the enterprise.In recent years,China has increased efforts to reform the finance system,especially in 2016,the eighteen Party’s Fifth Plenary Session of the13 th Five-Year’s plan clearly pointed out that “accelerate the reform of the financial system and improve financial services in the real economy”,which shows the financial efficiency influence for modern politics,economy,innovation and other areas have become increasingly prominent.At the same time,the influence of interest rate reform of finance markets is deepening,finance company as a member of the financial industry is also faced with many challenges,such as: net interest margin narrowed,alternative financial institution’s attack,the competitive pressure on financial industry,the increasing demand and so on.Therefore,it can be necessary for us to explore a way for the financial company to catch the opportunity and to seek a transformation of the road of innovation.This paper uses the method of case analysis,by analyzing and studying the case of M finance company in the development process problems,combining theory and practice which pay more attention to the practicality and feasibility.In the last,this paper puts forward to some suggestions for the development of the group finance company with the basis.The main framework of the paper is as follows.Chapter one is introduction.This paper briefly introduces the concept,background and significance of the transformation and upgrading of the finance company,and summarizes the research results of the finance company at home and abroad.Chapter two is the exploration of the transformation and development of Chinese finance companies.Summarizing the opportunities and the challenges of our finance company faced from the background,the challenges are the net interest narrowed and the impact of foreign capital,commercial banks,security companies which told us that the development situation of finance companies is not optimistic.Then pointed out the opportunities: the entity of financial support and the high attention our government about the financial company.Finally summarizes the future development direction of finance company from deepening the combination of industry and finance,applying theconcept of “Internet plus”,carrying out the“going out”strategy.Finance company will become a comprehensive financial services agency.Chapter three is introduce the case.This paper briefly introduces the transformation development situation of M finance company,focusing on the transformation situation of M finance company,and points out that although the M finance company is in the development,there is still some distance to the mature finance company.Chapter four is case analysis.There are several problems of the M finance company:innovation business is not much,the concentration of funds is not high and the wind control system is not perfect.And enhance the pertinence analysis of the transformation of the finance company with combining the finance company transformation process in the development of the advantages.Chapter five is to put forward to some suggestions.From the perspective of accelerating the transformation of the finance company’s development orientation,strengthening the financial service function and improving the risk prevention system and strengthening the output of financial personnel in the following five aspects. |
