A large number of studies show that job stress has a significant impact on job performance.With the development of e-commerce in China,some scholars begin to pay attention to the job stress and job performance of express delivery agents.But there is not much research on it.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the impact of job stress on performance.This paper introduces the research background?Theoretical basis and research status.In this paper,through the literature review,and then conducted a questionnaire survey.the scale is drawing on a large number of classic scale at home and abroad,combined with the interviews of the couriers.With the Likert's five level rating.The collection of valid samples includes 120 courier deliveries from five courier companies across the country.In this paper,thereliability and validity of the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0,and the six hypotheses presented in this paper were verified by multiple regression analysis.The results show that the task pressure and the customer-related social pressure have a significant negative impact on the performance of the express delivery staff.The support of the instrumental support task and the pressure of the customer-related social pressure on the performance of the express delivery service.The relationship between the regulatory role is not significant.The study enriched the work pressure in different industry research results,and tested the organization to support the two-dimensional structure of the regulatory mechanism.It can be the reference for the courier company to provide the delivery staff with work equipments and other tools to support the delivery delivery service customers to provide appropriate training support for reference.
