The problem of work stress has a long history and has become a common phenomenon in today's professional environment.Work stress not only leads to a series of changes on the individual's physical and mental state,but also causes the emergence of collective job burnout.Work stress is not only related to employees'physical and mental health,but also related to the organization's management philosophy and strategy.With regard to the study on the variables of work stress and job burnout,the scope of the domestic academic field is limited,lacking concern in variables such as perceived organizational support.With the fast development of the express industry,the employees of express delivery business are also growing in numbers.As a vital member of the service industry,express delivery staff also bear great work stress,and the phenomenon of job burnout spreads in the express industry.This is not only detrimental to the psychological and physical health of employees,but also has a extremely negative impact on the employees and the quality of their life.Consequently,the sustainable development of express business and express delivery industry are also greatly affected by this phenomenon.Thus,in terms of the work stress and job burnout problems of express industry employees,business managers and policy makers need to pay adequate attentions.Under this background,the present article takes the employees of express delivery as the investigating object,the working pressure as the former variable,the job burnout as the result variable,the organization support sense as the adjustment variable,and tries to establish the work pressure,the organization support and the job burnout relationship model,which will provide theoretical support for coping with the work pressure of the employees and burnout problems in the express delivery industry.In the approach of literature review,the present article summarizes the most up-to-date research results and progress from prominent foreign and domestic scholars in work stress,job burnout,perceived organizational support.This author firstly screened out the maturation scale and revised it by a pre-survey.After the establishment of the scale,a questionnaire was surveyed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 statistical software.We can carry out the questionnaire data analysis,in accordance with the results of data analysis,the work pressure,perceived organizational support and job burnout variables to explore and test.The results suggested that there is a positive correlation between the work pressure of employees and the different dimensions of job burnout.In addition,there is a significant negative correlation between job stress and perceived organizational support,thus perceived organizational support and job burnout are negatively correlated.Furthermore,there are some differences between the conclusion of this paper and other scholars' conclusions on the three variables studied in this paper.Finally,according to the research results,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the staff pressure management and job burnout intervention in the express delivery industry,and summarizes and prospects of the research.At last,in accordance with the results of the study,the author proposes some suggestions on the work stress management and job burnout intervention in the express industry,and sums up the prospects for the research.
