Research On Symbiotic Stability Of The Core Enterprise And The Member Enterprise In The Enterprise Network

Under the background of economic globalization,enterprises are facing more and more challenges,such as changeable market demand and fierce market competition,which force companies to respond to market changes quickly,product effectively and make best use of the social resources.The symbiotic relationship in enterprise network enhances the enterprises’ competitiveness and the symbiosis energy promote the further development and innovation.Firstly this paper summarizes type of symbiotic relationship in the corporate network on the basis of literature study and practice.Secondly,the study constructs the stability factor hierarchy of the symbiotic relationship between the core enterprise and member enterprises from the perspective of social networks and the organizational relationship.Base on the data collected by the questionnaires,this study use the AHP to analyze the factor index weight and the degree of influence on the stability of symbiosis,and then put forward the optimization strategies from the perspective of the three elements of the symbiotic.Finally,this paper select the Home Depot as the successful symbiosis case to verify the above research results.The innovation points of this paper are:1 identify the key influence factors of the symbiosis stability in enterprise network;2 integrated optimize the measurement scale of the symbiotic stability of the core enterprise and member enterprises in the enterprise network;3 put forward the optimization strategies for the symbiotic stability of the core enterprise and member enterprises in the enterprise network...
