To Improve The Credit Information Management Level Of Fuzhou Enterprises

February 2014,the national enterprise credit information publicity system(http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html)for the whole society,the whole society can query the enterprise credit information.In this system,the contents of publicity,usually include enterprises in the establishment of information,such as registration and licensing information;the annual business situation of enterprises,such as the annual report;the business enterprise to carry out the illegal behavior by law enforcement departments,punishments,such as administrative punishment.The system also combines the enterprise information publicity,business exception list,the list of serious violations of corporate and other modules,many departments as the customs,industry and commerce,taxation,quality inspection,food and drug safety,production safety,banks,courts and so on supervisory information to absorb together,the public inquiry can know all the credit information of enterprises,make enterprises if you have bad credit information in the national enterprise credit information publicity system,will be an illegal everywhere limited,illegal cost is so high,so companies want to take advantage of loopholes will bring huge losses,so as to promote law-abiding and trustworthy business enterprise.In the system for more than 2 years,many enterprises because of the credit information management system is not in place,affecting the effectiveness of business management and economic benefits.Under this background,according to the national enterprise credit information publicity system,enterprises must strengthen the credit information management system(such as registration,administrative punishment,abnormal operating state,etc.)to maintain their own in the system of credit information,to obtain economic benefits in today's social credit,to promote enterprise development.National enterprise credit information publicity system based on the background of enterprise,strengthen enterprise management through a variety of means to defend itself in the system of credit information,plays an important role in the development of the growth of enterprises.In this paper,through the management of demand theory,contract economics theory,information asymmetry theory and transaction cost theory to analyze the importance of strengthening the management of the enterprise credit information system,and then to the Fuzhou city enterprise as an example,since 2014 February since the collection of national enterprise credit information publicity system after the operation of enterprises in Fuzhou city in the system of credit information in the present data and,the data in the form of a questionnaire survey to collect the cause of Fuzhou's enterprises have bad credit information in the system,and analyzes and discusses the problems and causes,harm.At the same time,this paper takes Fuzhou A company as an example,from the management experience,puts forward the Countermeasures on how to maintain good business in Fuzhou city in the system of credit information specifically,is to improve the enterprise internal system construction and the construction of enterprise credit culture,and enhance the enterprise credit information management.
