The Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity were formally implemented in China in October 2014.As a necessary measure for the reform of the commercial registration system,the system has far reaching influence on the government,enterprises and social behavior.This system involves many levels of systematic engineering,including the renewal of s market supervision concept,the change of enterprise behavior,the transformation of government functions and so on.As a new institutional arrangement,it plays an important role in promoting self-discipline,perfecting fair competition and accelerating the construction of a market economy system.The implementation effect of the system is not only influenced by complex market factors but also related to the improvement of government supervision.Based on the theory of market economy,the theory of government supervision and the theory of law,the study makes a three-dimensional analysis on the value and meaning of the enterprise information publicity system,and summarizes the logical relationship between Enterprise Information Publicity System and the promotion of socialist market economy.The research takes the implementation of Enterprise Information Publicity System as the research object and investigates the existing problems in system design and implementation by means of investigation,case comparison and empirical analysis.We analyse the reasons for the problems from the system,the concept,the interests and so on.We start by improving the system performance and putting forward some suggestions that are beneficial to the development of the enterprises,the government supervision and the construction of the market system.The conclusion of this study can provide a reference for the implementation of Enterprise Information Publicity System and the improvement of government supervision measures.
