Since the beginning of June 1,2015,the new version of the motor vehicle business insurance rate reform took the lead in Shandong,Heilongjiang,Guangxi,Shaanxi,Qingdao,Chongqing 6 provinces pilot.In January 1,2016,China CIRC will Tianjin,Inner Mongolia,Jilin,Anhui,Guangxi,Henan,Hubei,Hunan,Sichuan,Qinghai,Ningxia,Xinjiang 12 areas included in the commercial motor vehicle insurance reform,reform from 6 regions in the original now extended to 18 pilot areas.Since the first two batches of pilot work has achieved good results,since July 1,2016 motor vehicle business insurance rate reform to promote the country.It should be said that the reform of motor vehicle insurance rate is the product of the development of automobile insurance business to a certain stage,which plays an important role in the management and sustainable development of insurance companies.In the old version of the commercial vehicle insurance rates and terms of the system,with the rapid development of auto insurance business,the original provisions of the tariff system drawbacks began to appear.First,from the perspective of industry regulation,regulatory authorities,industry associations and insurance problems.The focus of the reform of commercial auto insurance rates adhere to the direction of market-oriented,protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers two principles.Generally speaking,the essence of the reform of commercial auto insurance rates is the commercial insurance product pricing to the insurance company,the choice of products to consumers,it is an important process of auto insurance business property insurance industry.It can be said that no matter from the perspective of market regulation and industry development perspective,commercial auto insurance reform is the biggest uncertainty factors encountered in management of property insurance company in the future,the market competition in the process of"Matthew effect" will gradually,eventually the market may be better than polarization,win market competition,inferior to the out of the market out.Therefore,the property insurance company before and after the commercial auto insurance rates reform decisions directly affect the company's business.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part focuses on the combination of the evolution process of China's commercial motor vehicle insurance rate reform of new commercial motor vehicle insurance rate reform is the inevitable development of history,at the same time,auto insurance reform of foreign advanced countries for the new motor vehicle insurance rate reform has provided the experience,more important is to deepen China's auto insurance legacy system under the current management situation of the problems caused by the urgent need of reform;the second part from the two aspects of the terms and rates of a detailed analysis of the main content of tariff reform,and from the restructuring of the industry,play social management functions,the consumer rights and interests three aspects put forward the significance of the reform of the premium;the third part of the combination of Shandong area,analyzed the impact of rate reform commercial auto insurance,especially for regulatory changes,changes in the market,the insurance company business strategy changes and changes in customer choice The depth of analysis;the fourth
