| 5S management originated in Japan, it is far more advanced gemba management technology,refers to SEIRI?SHITSUKE?SEISO?SETKETSU?SEITON. Many manufacturing enterprises to implement 5S management activities of practice shows that through the implementation of 5S management, to improve the good image of enterprises, on time delivery, safe production, improve the quality of employees, creating comfortable working site, etc. It is the foundation of lean production,continuous improvement. In this paper, combined with the actual situation, to Ludebei company on the fundamental theory of 5S to enterprise's actual conditions are analyzed and proposed the corresponding improvement measures.
