S semiconductor company is the industry's leading chip manufacturers,in the face of increasing market demand,production has gradually increased.However,with the increase of production,the production cycle of the product can not maintain the original level,there is a greater degree of increase,and accompanied by a large fluctuations,resulting in customer satisfaction and factory competitiveness decline.In this paper,the theory of lean production as a guide,combined with the actual situation of S semiconductor company,the combination of theory and practice,in-depth study and sort out the production site S semiconductor company.Through the analysis of field observation and data,to study the company's presence in the scene management production line problems,in order to existing resources conditions optimization of S semiconductor company's production site,so as to improve the efficiency of the production management system of S semiconductor company.In this paper,S semiconductor company as an example,the first comprehensive set of production field management theory based on the introduction of the S semiconductor company,the production characteristics of semiconductor products,process and production line;from the company functions,staffing and production planning system on the analysis of current situation of the management of S semiconductor company production site,pointed out S semiconductor company production management problems,including organization structure,production planning system,site management and equipment management.Secondly,put forward the S semiconductor company production site management improvement program,including the organization structure optimization and adjustment,optimize the production plan formulation and implementation,strengthen field management and equipment maintenance program improvement.Finally,the research of S semiconductor company production management improvement project implementation,including strengthening organization construction,strengthen the production standardization system construction,improve the construction of enterprise culture and strengthen the training of production management personnel.
