Travelers' parking decision behavior is an important research direction of parking problem.Early researches on travelers'parking decision-making problems mainly from the perspective of the government,car parking operators to carry out research,less from the perspective of travelers'risk attitude to carry out research.Recent studies have shown that travelers' risk attitudes affect traveler behavior.Therefore,this paper considers the risk attitude of travelers,and researches the optimal curbside parking strategy of travelers with different risk attitudes.First of all,this paper summarizes the research on parking problems and summarizes the research progress of travelers,parking decision-making behavior.Then,by reading the literature,the influencing factors that affect the travelers' parking decision are systematically sorted out and summarized.This paper divides the influencing factors into individual factors,economic factors and time factors.Because the age and gender of the traveler will eventually act on the risk attitude of the traveler,this paper uses the risk attitude to describe the individual factors of the traveler,and as the classification criteria of the traveler type,the traveler is divided into risk aversion type traveler,risk neutral type traveler,risk preference type traveler.In addition,economic factors include parking fees and fuel costs,time factors include general driving time,cruising time and walking time.And finally got the conceptual model of influencing factors of traveler's parking decision.Secondly,this paper analyzes the traveler's parking process,and defines the costs incurred by the traveler in the process of parking,that is,the time cost,the economic cost and the early/late penalty cost,based on the influencing factors of the traveler's parking decision.And based on the mean-variance theory,the risk attitude coefficient of the traveler is introduced,and the decision model of the parking decision is constructed.At the same time,this paper analyzes the three parking strategies of the traveler during the parking process,including "early-park-early-arrival","early-park-late-arrival" and "never-early-arrival" strategy.To lay the foundation for the research of the impact of traveler's risk attitude on the choice of optimal curbside parking strategy.Thirdly,this paper uses the Netlogo simulation platform to simulate the curbside parking process of traveler.In the simulation experiment,the multi-agent curbside parking decision simulation scenario is constructed,and the travelers' parking decision behavior of three different risk attitudes is simulated,and the risk perception value of the traveler under each strategy is calculated.Then,the optimal parking strategy of the traveler with different risk is analyzed under the condition that the minimal risk perception value is the best target.Further,the traveler's optimal budget travel time under the given conditions is analyzed.
