Research On Idustry-city Integration In Hefei

Industry-city integration is to expand and upgrade the industry as the fundamental driving force for the development of the city,to improve the level of city construction and perfect function for the protection of the development of basic industries,to achieve coordinated development between industry and city integration of the two,finally to realize the sustainable development of city residents.Industry-city integration as one of the important issues of China new industrialization and the urbanization process,involving many aspects of industrial development,city construction and life of the people,the fundamental reason is the current China city development put forward a series of problems highlighted gradually,so it is the national policy focus on leading domain.Hefei is the Yangtze River Delta city group deputy central city,industry and city integration development plays a crucial to realize the significance of strategic orientation,so for the Hefei industry-city integration development situation it is necessary to study.However,the current literature about the specific definition and mechanism of the integration of urban production is inadequate,and the research on the integration of Hefei city is even more scarce.In this paper,based on the summary of the related literature on the proposed industry-city integration's connotation,characteristics and implementation mechanism,using IU and NU index to measure the urbanization and industrialization in Hefei coordination,and build the industry-city integration index system,and using AHP weighting,on 2015 the Yangtze River Delta city group of six key city and 2004-2015 Hefei City,industry-city integration development level evaluation,through the two dimensions of horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of industry-city integration in Hefei characteristics and industry-city integration that the overall level of industry-city integration as a comprehensive concept with the city scale is positively related to Hefei city industry-city integration and other city level there is a certain gap,the key lies in the lack of industrial development and it is difficult to promote the integration of production city,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part is the introduction,starting from the research background and significance,industry and city based on the relevant theories of the relevant literature from the aspects of connotation,mechanism of industry-city integration and empirical research on the three,and then put forward the innovation and deficiencies.The second part is the Hefei city industry and integrated development present situation analysis,starting from the introduction of Hefei City,the coordination degree measure Hefei industrialization and urbanization both the industry and the city of Hefei,the overall understanding,on the basis of summarizing the basic situation of industry-city integration.The third part is the Hefei industry-city integration development level,select key indicators from the three aspects of economy,city and residents,using the analytic hierarchy process,and focus on the history of Hefei city in the Yangtze River Delta city group industry-city integration level were assessed and compared,in order to draw relevant conclusions,and analyzes the integration development of Hefei city problems.The fourth part is the case analysis,selection,America,bay city of Suzhou Industrial Park and Shenzhen city as the representative,systematic analysis of basic characteristics of industry-city integration,summarizes the beneficial experience in industry selection,space layout and the life of the people.The fifth part is policy recommendations,respectively,for industrial development,urban construction and planning of targeted suggestions.
