Exports of automotive parts were produ ced in large scale in 2002,when China joined WTO.With the rapid development of China`s economy,our automotive parts exports were brought with unkno wn opportunities and challenges.Until now automotive parts exports have covered 220 countries and areas all over the world,making China the biggest autom otive producing and exporting country.This paper works on Chang Chun FAW Si Huan Yun Da Trade Co.,LTD,analyzing the status and problems of it,so as to m ake strategies and implementation for the company's export products.Firstly,after analyzing the m anagement status,existing export products and marketing of Chang Chun F AW Si Huan Yun Da Trade Co.,LTD,we find there is a problem.FAW has only one customer and supplies the same series of products.Since 2006,FAW has an increasing part orders but they did not increase new series products.So FAW has to change its sales strategy to explore more series products.Secondly,study on export m arket,internal and external environment of Chang Chun FAW Si Huan Y un Da Trade Co.,LTD.Seen from current auto parts enterprise distribution,foreign companies accounted for a large proportion of China`s export companies.The com petition of expor t parts is fierce.We must im prove technical level of export products in order to maintain the competitiveness as well as low price.Through SW OT analysis,we analyze strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats from FAW internal and external factors,so as to understand the company's environment,this is to lay the foundation for improving the marketing strategy.Finally,according to the current situation of FAW,I made an STP analysis from three aspects: m arket segmentation,target market and market positioning.After analysis,one thing is clear,the customer of FAW is still ch assis producers,also the sales strategy will be improved in five as pects: product,service,pricin g,promotion and channel.By im proving the technique lev els,the product technology will b e simpler and product quality will be better.So the customer will be stable after pricing reduced.All of this is to get more series products.After improving the sales strategy of FAW,it will be m ore competitive.This is not only to stable the current customer but als o to g et more parts,more different series parts.At th e same time,the sales management is im proved,management standard is perfected,and the company will be developed!...
